Opening June 30th 2023

Winter is just around the corner but we are still open for summer.

Our huts are available to be booked for spring and all summer long. You are welcome to use our trails during the summer months, expect the gate to be closed at the bottom for stock management and please drive slowly as you are driving through an operational farm.

Strictly no vehicles allowed on Snow Farm trails. Bag transfers are now available for hut guests to Musterers and Meadow Huts on Saturday the 17th and 24th of June.

Snow Play, Snowshoe and Cross Country Skiing

Snow Farm is the place to go for snow experiences, unlike any other mountain. We have a dedicated snow play area, the Snow Fun Zone, filled with tubes and snow so you can slide down hills, build snowmen and settle a family dispute with a snowball fight!

We also have snowshoeing and cross country skiing for the more adventurous, but rest assured both of these activities are easy for first-time snow bunnies.

Please book online before you visit us to ensure you don’t miss out. All our activities have limited availability.

ALPINE HUTS

Snow Farm Alpine Huts are between four and six kilometres from the base area, and take one to three hours to travel to by skis or snowshoes in winter. During the summer months, these huts can also be accessed on foot and mountain bikes, offering a unique alpine experience.

The hut was warm and clean and we had everything we needed. The Snow Farm is beautiful and we all enjoyed our 2 night stay, snow shoeing and the beauty of the winter wonderland. The staff were all engaged and helpful. This contributes so much to the experience. The skiing layout allows for a wide range of abilities and preferences. After 50 years down hilling, this is now my go-to ski area. read less
